  Hemostatic agent refers to the measure of a medical condition requiring ongoing monitoring and treatment, such as hemophilia B, a hematologic disorder requiring blood clotting factors to protect the body from bleeding. Hemostatic or angina is a medical condition that causes the veins and blood vessels of the body to constrict. This constriction is caused by a breakdown in the blood vessel's wall, and the constriction of the blood vessels in the extremities is called hemostatic hypotension.
